As an AS400 Application Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that handles daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our AS400 systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of AS400/iSeries systems.
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for AS400 applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
• Work with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new applications.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system maintenance and support.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and system reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in AS400 support.
• Provide training and documentation to support team members and end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AS400/iSeries support and maintenance.
• Certification in AS400 administration (e.g., IBM Certified AS400 Administrator) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RPG, COBOL, and SQL programming languages.
• Experience with IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS) and other AS400 development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
