Booking & Sales Specialist

PT PMA Chiki Pookie Life is seeking a dynamic Booking & Sales Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about converting inquiries into bookings. As a Booking & Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from inquiry to delivery.

In this role, you will handle all aspects of customer interactions, from initial inquiries to finalizing bookings. You will use our proprietary booking system, Chiki Pookie Booking System, to manage reservations, and our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce, to track customer interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining our inventory of motorcycles and ensuring they are in top condition for each rental.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all customer inquiries and bookings using Chiki Pookie Booking System and Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and update our inventory of motorcycles, ensuring they are in top condition for each rental.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and pickup of motorcycles.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the motorcycle rental industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or rental industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience with motorcycle maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
