As our Medical Education & Training Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our medical team. You'll work closely with our team of dermatologists, aestheticians, and medical professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that adhere to the latest medical guidelines and industry best practices. You'll also be involved in the ongoing development of our medical team, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional care to our clients. With a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 12,000,000 per month, this is a chance to make a significant impact in the world of aesthetic and dermatological medicine.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our medical team, focusing on aesthetic and dermatological treatments.
• Create and deliver training sessions that adhere to the latest medical guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with our team of dermatologists, aestheticians, and medical professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care.
• Conduct regular evaluations of our medical team's performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the aesthetic and dermatological industry to ensure that our training programs are current and relevant.
• Utilize tools such as Moodle, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for virtual training and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum that covers all aspects of aesthetic and dermatological treatments.
• Ensure that all training programs are in compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical education and training, preferably in the aesthetic and dermatological industry.
• Certification in medical education and training, such as the Certified Medical Education Professional (CMEP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in the aesthetic and dermatological industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of medical professionals.
• Proficient in using medical education software such as Moodle, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other locations as required.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
