📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions for factory operations.
• Collaborate with factory managers and engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Utilize Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards operational goals.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and factory operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and drive data-informed decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in factory analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading analytics projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
