📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes for Mandarin-speaking employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Facilitate communication between local and international teams, ensuring cultural sensitivity and linguistic accuracy.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, tailored to our global workforce.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, acting as a point of contact for both local and international employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on cross-cultural communication.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and trends in a global context.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
