📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Oversee food preparation and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Monitor sales and inventory levels to optimize performance and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve overall outlet performance.
• Promote a friendly and professional atmosphere that reflects the values of Mevui Vietnam Kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in a Vietnamese restaurant is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
