As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other enterprise software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Perform system maintenance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including but not limited to, servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.
• Implement and maintain IT systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other enterprise software.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with enterprise software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
