Importation Assistant

Based in Bali, you'll work closely with our logistics and procurement teams to manage the import process, from initial supplier coordination to final delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wines and spirits.
• Manage the import documentation process, including customs clearance and compliance with local regulations.
• Work with the logistics team to plan and execute the transportation of goods to our facilities in Bali.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of import records and databases.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of product quality and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of importation strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in importation, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
