📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of overdue payments.
• Contact borrowers to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquencies.
• Prepare and send collection letters, notices, and other correspondence to borrowers.
• Monitor and update the collections database using our in-house system.
• Collaborate with the credit and risk management teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on collections activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
