📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and maintain health information systems and databases.
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify trends and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure our digital solutions meet their needs and comply with regulations.
- Integrate and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems using Epic EHR.
- Develop and maintain HL7 and FHIR interfaces for seamless data exchange.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on our digital solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in health informatics.
- Participate in project planning, development, and implementation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health informatics or a related field.
- Certification in Health Information Management (HIM) or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Epic EHR, HL7, and FHIR standards.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or other programming languages commonly used in health informatics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
