📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze and interpret data using tools like Power BI and Tableau to support decision-making.
Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and relevance.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive business growth.
Monitor and optimize data and statistical processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and statistics.
Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python is a plus.
Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
