📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Lead and train our team of baristas to ensure they deliver exceptional coffee and customer service.
• Brew and serve high-quality coffee using state-of-the-art equipment like the La Marzocco espresso machine and Mahlkönig grinders.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Represent the café at local events and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista or café manager in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team of baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Certification in coffee brewing techniques, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or BCPA (Barista Certification Program Australia).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
