📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote FiberHome's solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Work with engineering teams to design and develop innovative wireless communication solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market management or solution development in the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies and standards.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
