As a Commis Chef at Oriental Coffee International, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish is prepared with precision and creativity. Our multiple locations in Bali offer a unique blend of local and international flavors, providing you with a rich culinary experience.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses and desserts. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Stock and manage kitchen inventory
- Assist in food cost control and portion control
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
- Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
