📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew specialty coffee using various methods such as pour-over, espresso, and AeroPress.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including cash handling and customer service.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.,Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.,Participate in coffee tastings and quality control to ensure the highest standards of coffee.,Handle inventory and restocking of coffee beans, equipment, and other supplies.,Train and mentor new baristas to maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a related coffee role.,Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Passionate about coffee and committed to continuous learning.,Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
