📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.,Implement and manage security policies and compliance requirements for Microsoft 365.,Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with other enterprise systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of Microsoft 365 configurations to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in M365 administration and management.,Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator are a plus.,Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.,Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with PowerShell and other scripting languages is a plus.
