📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate training needs and design customized training solutions.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to align training programs with business objectives.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to training and development.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
