Bahagia Intan Electronics is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy.,Ensure that our documentation is user-friendly and meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure that our documentation is comprehensive and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to improving our documentation processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, XML, or other technical writing formats.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
