NOVA Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,2-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
