Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project completion,Developing and implementing project plans and schedules,Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline,Coordinating with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations and resolve issues,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies,Providing regular project updates to senior management,Mentoring and developing project team members🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the maritime construction industry,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and ability to travel,Experience with budgeting and financial management🛠️ Keahlian
