📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Oversee the work of engineers and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.,Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to prevent project delays.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.,Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or engineering roles.,Strong knowledge of electronics design, manufacturing, and testing processes.,Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
