📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
