Plus Space Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial for managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate accounting records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including cash receipts, deposits, and disbursements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.,Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and cash books.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and accounting staff.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
