📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all health, safety, and environmental activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the health, safety, or environmental field.,Certification in health, safety, or environmental management is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
