In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
