📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good organizational and time management skills.
