📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficient operations and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Lead and participate in the development of new recipes and culinary concepts.,Manage the kitchen's daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience in developing and implementing new menu concepts.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
