PT Bhakti Mahkota is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is based in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, and work with vendors to address any maintenance or repair needs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and usage to management.,Participate in training programs for drivers and other staff to ensure a safe and efficient fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
