📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  • Evaluating financial statements, transactions, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and reviewing financial operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing recommendations for corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Participating in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
