Rejeki Umar Health Center is looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our inventory is well-managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Manage the store's budget, including ordering and purchasing inventory, and ensuring that the store is profitable.,Train and develop store staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.,Monitor store performance, and work with the Assistant Store Manager to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store meetings and events, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Experience working with a team, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software.,A high school diploma or equivalent, and a degree in business or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
