📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all dental and clinic regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve patient care and clinic performance.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and departmental activities.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Bahagia Fitri Dental Clinic by driving innovation and excellence in dental care.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of dental software and technology is a plus.
  • Valid dental license and professional membership with a dental association.
