📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of civil infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
• Draft and review technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and submit reports on infrastructure projects, including progress reports, cost estimates, and final project documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules for civil infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to other departments, such as operations and logistics, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering, and apply this knowledge to your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations and best practices in the palm oil industry.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
