📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan the construction of the new dental clinic facility.,Oversee the construction process to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.,Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals for the construction project.,Collaborate with the dental clinic team to integrate the new facility with existing operations.,Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.,Proven experience in designing and overseeing the construction of healthcare facilities.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
