📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, milk frothers, and other café equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized café workspace, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
