PT Ekspresi Raya is looking for a dedicated Assistant Sales Assistant to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will support our sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer inquiries and orders.,Provide product information and answer customer questions.,Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales promotions and events.,Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training new employees on sales processes and procedures.,Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
