📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor by greeting customers, providing product information, and handling customer inquiries.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure optimal display and availability.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Assist in training new team members and maintaining a high standard of service.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
