📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and mentor a team of Service Advisors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality.
• Train and develop Service Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive services, with a strong background in managing service teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with service management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
