📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products,Identifying and documenting quality issues and defects,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality problems,Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations,Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives,Training and mentoring junior quality control staff,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is a plus
