PT Anugerah Anggrek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all procurement activities to ensure the smooth and efficient acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value additions.,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per the agreed terms.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Proven track record of successful procurement projects.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
