Sumber Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to the growth of our coffee business in Balikpapan. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, both retail and wholesale. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a network of customers in Balikpapan.,Promote and sell our coffee products to both retail and wholesale customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and gather feedback to improve our products and services.,Attend trade shows and events to promote our brand.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good knowledge of the coffee industry and market trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
