📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the healthcare facility and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.,Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment inventory.,Provide emergency care and respond to medical emergencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a related healthcare role.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
