In this role, you'll use our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system, Robinsons Retail Management System (RRMS), to manage transactions, monitor sales, and generate reports. Your day-to-day tasks will include training and supervising cashiers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise and manage a team of cashiers, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Use RRMS to process transactions, manage inventory, and generate sales reports.
• Train and develop cashiers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to cashiers.
• Participate in inventory management and stock reconciliation processes.
• Ensure a clean and organized cashiering area, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing cash handling and POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with RRMS and other retail management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or customer service is a plus.
